Here is one of my classes. These girls are Level 6 and when I can make class fun they participate a lot. They know English pretty good so I hope I can teach them more and help them to get better at it. Hopefully I can get more pictures of my other classes this week.
These are some swans that are on a lake in the city of Voronezh. I really like this picture so I thought I'd share it.
Victoria and Makar. Makar was being a goofball and dancing around but when the camera came out he got really camera shy. He's a lot of fun to hand out with :)
Susie and I on the bus on our way into Voronezh city to go to the mall with the other teachers.
Mikah and Misha (Michael) on the bus with Susie and me and everyone else.
Here is the front of the mall. It's really not that different from malls back in America. They have a lot of the same stores so it was a lot like being at home on a Saturday except for the money wasn't the same and no one spoke English.
Here is some of the food we ordered. Mine was a crepe with Banana topped with some caramel which was really good. Most everyone else ordered sushi which I still haven't tried yet. Maybe I will next time.
(left to right) Mikah, Dasha, Me, Susie, Brittany, and some random Russian who walked in. We all went to the bathroom and found out it looked pretty cool so we took a picture :)
Here is a waterfall that is inside of the mall. It looked really cool and we could touch the water too.
Here is a clock that was in the mall. I think it looks really cool and think it would look great in our mall back home in Boise :)
Susie, Brittany, me, and Victoria all at a park while walking home from the market. We thought the bench looked pretty cool so we took a picture on it.
Here's a few of us messing around on a merry-go-round which was totally fun! You're never too old for a merry-go-round. The people around us were looking at us really funny though and probably knew we were all American :)
